As a matter of course, SPANS implementation for any customer requires a thorough review of company procedures and practices that we conduct via a series of in-person and online working sessions. Once implemented, SSP-Wind Lake provides ongoing support to SPANS subscribers and users. Additionally, we routinely collaborate with our customer colleagues to support achievement of their broader joint use objectives and enhancement of their systems and processes.
